We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Chinese National) to lead our China Ticketing Team and Events Team, driving growth and business development in both the Chinese and UAE markets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the China Ticketing Team and Events Team, ensuring collaboration and performance targets are met • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chinese market and UAE • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, airlines, and partners • Analyze market trends and implement strategies to strengthen presence in both markets • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales initiatives and campaigns • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ticketing and events operations • Report on sales performance, market insights, and new business opportunities Qualifications: • Chinese national with professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Tourism, or related field • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in travel, ticketing, or events • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in multiple markets • Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): • Are you a Chinese national eligible to work in the UAE? • Are you fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English? • Have you led teams responsible for ticketing and/or events? • Are you experienced in analyzing market trends and implementing sales strategies?
