Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer to join a mega project initiative to lead infrastructure platform management and ensure reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across cloud and hybrid environments. You’ll play a key role in improving platform stability, supporting capacity planning, and enabling scalable environments for business growth. Responsibilities • Manage infrastructure platforms across virtualization, hosting, and cloud/hybrid environments. • Lead environment provisioning and infrastructure readiness for new initiatives. • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability metrics. • Drive capacity planning and scalability improvements. • Automate infrastructure operations and deployment processes. • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams. • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Mentor junior engineers and improve operational standards. Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or platform operations. • Strong experience with virtualization and hosting platforms. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and infrastructure architecture. • Experience with monitoring, automation, and performance optimization tools. • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Fluency in Arabic (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. • Willingness to relocate to UAE is mandatory. Nice to Have • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or similar). • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
