Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing sales activities for the company’s chocolate and dates products. The role includes increasing sales, building relationships with retailers and distributors, expanding market presence, and achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sales of chocolate and dates products.
• Identify new business opportunities in supermarkets, gift shops, hotels, and wholesale markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance.
• Promote seasonal products and special packaging for occasions such as Ramadan, Eid, and corporate gifting.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotions, and marketing events to increase brand awareness.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, chocolates, dates, or food products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE retail and wholesale markets.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
