We are a growing travel and tourism company based in Sharjah, UAE, dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences and customized tourism solutions. Our services include holiday packages, corporate travel management, visa assistance, and destination tours. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and build strong partnerships in the travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and strategic partners. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Conduct market research to identify trends, new markets, and competitor activities. • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and travel agreements. • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and travel packages. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the travel and tourism industry. • Strong network within corporate travel, tourism agencies, or hospitality sectors. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Strong understanding of travel products, visa services, and international tour packages. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in the UAE travel and tourism market. • Multilingual abilities are an advantage. • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
