Requirements:
• · 3 to 4 Years of Experience in the Exchange house sector
• · Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant Field
• · Excellent Communication Skills
• · Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Description:
• · Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
• · Create and implement plans to boost sales for corporate customers and WPS, achieve financial goals, and optimise profitability for the area.
• · Implement a plan to increase branch transactions.
• · Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer's needs
• · Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a transaction
• · Prospect for new business across assigned territories or accounts
• · Assess client needs and present suitable products, services, and solutions
• · Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
• · Taking part in team goals.
• · Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
• · Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
• · Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
• · Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
• · Doing marketing campaigns.
• · Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• · Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
• · Ensure effective coordination with the Branches to ensure smooth operations.
