Medical & Sales Manager – Pharmacy Channel (Healthcare / Dermatology) Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Medical & Sales Manager with strong pharmacy channel experience to lead the commercial development of our dermatology and wound-care product portfolio in the UAE. The role focuses on building strong relationships with pharmacy chains, pharmacy buyers, and retail healthcare distributors, while also supporting medical promotion to dermatologists and aesthetic clinics. Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy Channel Development • Develop and manage relationships with major pharmacy chains and pharmacy buyers • Expand product listings across retail pharmacy networks • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and shelf placement • Ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility in pharmacies • Manage sell-in and sell-out strategies Sales & Market Growth • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the UAE • Identify opportunities for distribution expansion • Work closely with distributors and pharmacy groups Medical & Professional Engagement • Support product education for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and pharmacists • Conduct product presentations and training sessions • Support pharmacy staff training and in-store promotion Team & Field Management • Supervise and support medical representatives • Monitor field coverage across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies • Track performance and implement sales plans RequirementsEducation • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related field Experience • 5+ years sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry • Strong experience selling to pharmacy chains • Experience managing pharmacy retail accounts • Experience working with UAE distributors or pharmacy buyers Preferred Experience Experience working with pharmacy chains such as: • Life Pharmacy • Aster Pharmacy • Boots Pharmacy • BinSina Pharmacy Skills • Strong negotiation and account management skills • Retail pharmacy sales strategy • Ability to manage distributors and pharmacy relationships What We Offer • Competitive salary + bonus structure • Opportunity to grow a leading dermatology portfolio • Regional career development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
