Qualifications & Required Skills:
7+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2+ years in a tech lead or people management role.
Deep, hands-on expertise in React and the broader React ecosystem (Redux, React Query, Webpack, etc.).
Strong proficiency in Node.js and experience building BFFs or server-side rendered applications.
A solid understanding of omnichannel retail concepts and a passion for solving the unique technical challenges they present.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Haves:
Experience with mobile development (React Native, iOS, Android) or PWAs.
Familiarity with in-store retail technology and POS systems.
Experience in a large, enterprise-scale retail environment.
