We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Dubai and continue the development of an existing web and mobile business management platform. The ideal candidate should be capable of working across the entire technology stack and should be able to understand, maintain, and expand an already running system. This role requires someone who can independently develop features, improve existing modules, and ensure the platform continues to evolve efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain a full-stack business management platform. • Build responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js. • Develop and maintain backend APIs and server-side logic using Node.js. • Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases. • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android. • Implement new features and modules based on operational requirements. • Maintain, debug, and improve existing code. • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate workflows into software features. • Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code. Required Skills (Must Have) Candidates must be proficient in the following technologies: • React.js – building responsive and dynamic user interfaces • Node.js – backend development and API creation • MySQL – relational database management • Flutter – cross-platform mobile application development (iOS & Android) Additional Requirements • Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture • Experience developing REST APIs • Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling • Ability to understand and work with existing codebases • Good debugging and problem-solving skills • Experience with Git or other version control systems Preferred (Not Mandatory) • Experience building ERP systems or business workflow platforms • Experience with cloud deployment and server management • Experience building scalable applications Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
