Key Responsibilities • Identify and secure new infrastructure and civil project opportunities. • Develop relationships with government authorities, developers, consultants, and contractors. • Track tenders, prequalification opportunities, and upcoming projects. • Coordinate with internal teams for tender preparation and bid submissions. • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and partnership development. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration. • 5–10 years experience in business development within infrastructure or civil construction. • Strong network in UAE construction market. • Proven track record in project acquisition and tender management.
