A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position) Aspire Lifestyles is a global leading provider of Concierge and Loyalty solution services to client segments in banking, payments, insurance, luxury retail, luxury automobile and luxury property. Our objective is to offer products and services to build our client’s loyalty programs with an ultimate goal to deliver client ROI. Key to achieving this objective is the right network of partners to support the evolving demands of our diverse portfolio of client programs across the Americas, Europe and Asia to enhance and differentiate our service offering. Role Overview The Partnerships & Business Development Manager will be responsible for accelerating Aspire’s growth across the MEA through two strategic pillars: Strategic Partnership Ecosystem Development – MEA and Europe •Build, scale, and optimize a high-value partner network across hospitality, dining, entertainment, luxury retail, travel, and experiential categories. •Strengthen exclusive and differentiated partner propositions that enhance our concierge value proposition for premium clientele. •Drive commercial partnership revenue through structured monetization models (commission, marketing funds, preferred access, exclusivity agreements). •Ensure regional partner alignment with global standards while incorporating local market nuances. •Collaborate closely with operations and account management to ensure partner performance, quality delivery, and client satisfaction. New Business Development & Revenue Growth •Identify and engage prospective clients across financial services, payments, automotive, luxury brands, insurance, and high-net-worth ecosystems. •Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy to expand Aspire’s footprint in MEA. •Lead commercial negotiations and solution structuring to secure new accounts and long-term partnerships. •Position Aspire as a strategic loyalty and engagement partner, not merely a service provider. •Build C-suite relationships within target organizations to drive sustainable revenue streams. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, in order of importance) Partner network management •Generate revenue to meet set PDM target, develop and manage a partner network that will meet the service expectations of our clients, define concierge services and increase utilization of the services. •Sign agreements with the identified partners for benefits, delivered via concierge, that will enhance our clients’ service offerings •Evaluate partners and their offerings regularly to ensure we are meeting clients’ needs and ensuring a competitive edge in the industry. •Develop and manage quality control and feedback process for all partners in the market. •Establish where appropriate, specific partner agreed deliverables, promotions, discounts & special offer or preferential treatment. •Obtain partner approved marketing collaterals, images and copy for Aspire and client marketing (including approved content format to serve digital channels – web and mobile app) •Manage on-going relationships with identified service partners. Possess a good understanding of terms and conditions that will go with partners’ benefits. Ensure corrective systems and procedures are established to reinforce utilization and to ensure ongoing quality. •Work co-operatively with all Aspire Lifestyles’ markets globally, and marketing & partnership teams to establish partnership agreements that leverage our and clients’ global presence. •Ensure that all partners and offers are recorded in a global knowledge database to enable recommendation and usage of partner offers by concierges when fulfilling customer requests. •Work closely with Service Delivery (Concierge Manager, QA & Trainer) to provide input and assist with the development and delivery of the necessary training to the Concierge Consultants on how best to recommend and fulfill the partners that have been selected. Client sales and marketing engagement •Manage and deliver all client campaigns and partnership development and marketing initiatives on time and to deadline. •Consult, brief, develop, source, manage and deliver all custom benefit, reward and experiential offerings for client programs utilizing relevant and valued partnership assets / offers. •Consult with clients on rewards program design, marketing promotions and all channels of digital and offline marketing platforms to drive program ROI and utilization •Work closely with sales and client service to identify and utilize data and marketing assets to secure best possible benefit/offer set to clients. Manage creation and production of all program-marketing materials, ensuring client’s brand is being represented to their customers to increase engagement (utilization) and loyalty (as measured by NPS) •Work closely with sales to understand prospect needs and opportunities. Support sales efforts to pitch and sell the global product set as well as custom benefits development. •Understand clients' changing needs and identify client growth opportunities as they relate to loyalty (e.g., rewards, marketing promotions, benefits, experiences and sponsorships). •Conceptualize and execute unique, branded events that clients can promote to their customers to enhance their brand awareness that drive utilization of their products and services. Ensure that the associated project plan timeline is on track and deadlines are met. Business Development •Strategic Market Expansion & Revenue Growth •Develop deep expertise across Aspire’s priority sectors within the assigned geography to effective position and sell the full portfolio of solutions, including: .Concierge & Lifestyle Management .Membership (B2B2C) Programs .Benefit Redemption & Airport Services .Strategic Partnerships .Digital Engagement Solutions .Premium Contact Center Services .Bespoke Loyalty & Engagement Programs .Identify, qualify, and secure high-value prospective clients to achieve new business acquisition and gross profit targets. .Conduct structured market mapping across key verticals to identify target segments, buying centers, and revenue opportunities. .Design and execute a disciplined prospection strategy aligned to the regional sales plan, including pipeline generation through cold outreach, references, industry networks, and strategic introductions. •C-Suite Engagement & Consultative Selling •Engage confidently at CXO, CMO, and senior leadership levels across banking, financial services, automotive, luxury brands, hospitality, and insurance sectors. •Build strong relationships with decision-makers, economic buyers, influencers, and technical stakeholders to drive complex, multi-layered sales cycles. •Lead high-impact client presentations, solution design workshops, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. •Position Aspire Lifestyles as a strategic loyalty and engagement partner rather than a transactional service provider. •Industry Representation & Thought Leadership •Represent Aspire Lifestyles professionally at industry forums, conferences, promotional events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and expand executive networks. •Develop periodic market intelligence reports highlighting sector trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. Job Profile Required Work Experience (Brief description of job-related experience needed to perform the job) •7-10 years of relevant partnership, business development &/or marketing experience in loyalty & rewards, merchant acquisition, travel, hospitality (including digital e-commerce partners) •Experience in Saudi Arabia and other large markets within the MEA region will be a plus •Merchant partnership experience and strong network of partner relationships across dining, retail, travel, affluent access and lifestyle categories (incl. digital dining or travel) •Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment •Proven team leader experience of managing senior stakeholders Preferred Sector Experience •Strong network and experience in one or more of the following sectors: .Banks & Financial Institutions – Credit Cards, Private Banking, Wealth Management, NRI Banking .Hospitality & Real Estate – Hotels, Restaurants, Luxury Residential, Facility Management, Loyalty Providers .Luxury Automotive – Premium & High-End Car Manufacturers .Insurance & Loyalty Program Providers Required Competencies (Critical behaviors necessary to successfully perform the job) •Strong relationship building skills, able to build rapport with partners and clients •Ability to understand the client’s marketing objectives and match benefits appropriately. •Ability to create compelling client proposals and present to ideas to clients. •Understands commercials of partners and clients and is able to translate this understanding into creating compelling value proposition for partners and clients •Strong industry knowledge and trends of affluent lifestyle segment, in travel, dining, shopping, sports, entertainment, culture, and experiences. •Good understanding of product benefits & loyalty programs in credit card/luxury brand market •Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media. •Be able to work independently and perform well with little supervision. •Detailed oriented and works in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times. •Proven ability to execute well and deliver results.
