Job Description7+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2+ years in a tech lead or people management role.Deep, hands-on expertise in React and the broader React ecosystem (Redux, React Query, Webpack, etc.).Strong proficiency in Node.js and experience building BFFs or server-side rendered applications.A solid understanding of omnichannel retail concepts and a passion for solving the unique technical challenges they present.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
