Job Description
ACE Performance Parts is seeking an experienced Performance Sales Manager to expand our growing performance and off-road vehicle sales division. This role is ideal for a motivated automotive professional with strong knowledge of suspension, braking systems, and performance upgrades, particularly within the 4x4, off-road markets The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the Middle East and international markets. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the performance and off-road automotive sector. Manage relationships with existing customers including workshops, distributors, and fleet operators. Generate and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and customer enquiries. Actively promote ACE Performance Parts product lines including suspension upgrades, brake systems, and performance components. Technical Sales Support Provide customers with technical advice on product selection, compatibility, and performance upgrades. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to support product enquiries and special projects. Support customers with installation guidance and technical product knowledge. Market Development Expand ACE Performance Parts presence within performance tuning, off-road, motorsport, and armoured vehicle sectors. Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends. Represent ACE Performance Parts at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in automotive sales, ideally within performance, off-road, or motorsport parts. Strong knowledge of performance suspension systems, brake upgrades, and vehicle modifications. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and customer enquiries simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset. Preferred Experience selling brands such as Bilstein, Eibach, Wilwood, StopTech, or similar performance brands. Experience within 4x4, off-road, motorsport, or armoured vehicle markets. Knowledge of Middle East automotive market. Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) beneficial. What We Offer Competitive salary plus commission structure.
