The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities in the conveyor systems and maintenance services sector across the MENA region. The role requires a strong technical understanding of conveyor systems combined with commercial and sales expertise to provide value-driven solutions to industrial clients.Responsibilities:-Develop and expand business opportunities within the conveyor systems and maintenance services segment across the MENA region.-Utilize existing industry networks within sectors such as mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates.-Conduct technical site visits to assess equipment reliability and identify operational challenges.-Analyze technical performance data and commercial metrics to support solution-based selling.-Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.-Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.-Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.-Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.-Travel extensively across the MENA region for client meetings, project discussions, and business development. Required Qualifications-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.Required Skills-Strong knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring.-Ability to effectively present technical solutions along with commercial value propositions.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.-Existing professional network within the MENA industrial sector is highly desirable.-Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Experience Required-Minimum 10 years of experience.-Proven experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systems.
