Profile Snapshot Title: Corporate Gifting Sales Manager- UAE Nationals Location: Dubai Position Type: Full Time Reports To: Sales Director Department: Commercial What Will Your Day Look Like The Corporate Gifting Sales Manager plays a key role in accelerating revenue growth within the B2B corporate segment, with a focus on high-end gifting solutions tailored for government organizations, leading multinational companies, and the luxury hospitality sector. This position oversees the full sales journey, from prospecting and bespoke product development to contract negotiations and successful fulfillment. Positioning Agthia's Snacks brands as gift of choice across the UAE corporate market. How Will You Make an Impact Business Development • Drive Corporate Growth: Acquire and grow high value corporate accounts by building strong relationships and expanding the customer base across key sectors. • Deliver Profitable Sales: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that increase revenue, protect margins, and ensure DSO and commercial policy compliance. • Lead Market Execution: Strengthen market presence through effective 5Ps execution, optimized Route to Market strategy, and expansion across channels and territories. • Create Value Added Gifting Solutions: Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to develop customized corporate gifting programs and successfully manage high volume seasonal campaigns. Relationship Management • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships with procurement and HR leaders to position the company as the preferred corporate gifting partner. • Own Client Relationship Management: Take full responsibility for managing key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. • Drive Customer Retention & Growth: Conduct regular business reviews, understand client needs, and identify opportunities for expansion. • Deliver Service Excellence: Ensure all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and resolved to the highest satisfaction level. Marketing • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives in the market to maximize impact, while analyzing performance results and reporting insights to senior manager. Team Management • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education. Special Projects • Lead and oversee special projects or assignments delegated by management, ensuring effective execution in alignment with business objectives and within the stipulated timelines. MIS & Reporting • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet Agthia and department requirements, policies, and standards. Qualification, Experience & Functional Knowledge Education • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. Experience • 68 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales in the UAE. • Experience in luxury FMCG, premium confectionery, or high-end hospitality gifting is essential. Functional Knowledge & Skills • Deep network within UAE Government and Semi-Government entities. • Proven experience in managing customized/bespoke product fulfillment. • Strong negotiation skills at the C-Suite or Procurement Director level. • Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles Grow with Agthia For the Better Agthia Group is one of the region's leading Food & Beverage companies, with a growing international footprint.
