We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development / Marketing Manager (BDM) to lead our skincare marketing activities and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, managing in-store staff, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to expand the skincare product market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote skincare products. Create new sales growth ideas and promotional campaigns to increase revenue. Manage and supervise inside staff and sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Train staff on product knowledge and customer service related to skincare products. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the brand. Monitor sales performance and market trends and provide regular reports. Coordinate with suppliers, marketing teams, and management to achieve business targets. Ensure excellent customer experience and brand presentation in the store.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, or similar equilent degree.
2–3 years of experience in business development or business administration marketingmanager cosmetics sales, or a similar industry. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Experience in team management and sales strategy development. Knowledge of skincare products, cosmetics, and beauty market trends is an advantage Ability to analyze sales data and market performance. Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.
