Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Business Operations Manager to lead and manage our luxury showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury retail such as watches, fashion, bags, jewelry, and a good understanding of the GCC market.
This role requires someone who can drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee day-to-day business operations while maintaining high standards of luxury customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations of the luxury showroom
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
• Conduct client meetings and ensure excellent customer experience
• Identify new business opportunities and help grow the business
• Manage hiring, training, and supervision of the sales team
• Monitor showroom performance and implement sales strategies
• Ensure smooth operational management of the business
Requirements:
• Proven experience in luxury retail sales (watches, bags, jewelry or fashion)
• Good knowledge of the GCC luxury retail market
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to handle both sales and business operations
• Experience in managing showroom teams and achieving sales targets
Salary:
