Business Development Manager — Rapidogate (Fintech / Payments)
Job Description
Rapidogate is a fintech payment orchestration platform enabling businesses to collect payments and execute payouts across multiple payment methods and regions through a unified infrastructure, with real-time processing and scalable API integrations .
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager from the PSP / payment processing industry with established access to merchant ecosystems and decision-makers.
Primary focus: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh (but not limited).
Key responsibilities:
Drive merchant acquisition through existing industry relationships
Build and manage partnerships with high-volume merchants (Forex, iGaming, Crypto, Fintech, etc.)
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, limits, settlement terms, routing strategies)
Expand processor, banking, and local payment provider network
Optimize merchant performance (conversion rates, approval rates, routing efficiency)
Work closely with internal teams to align merchant needs with platform capabilities
Job Requirements
Experience
Minimum 3+ years in payment processing, PSPs, or fintech
Proven track record in merchant acquisition and partnerships
Experience working with high-volume or high-risk merchant segments
Network & Commercial Capability
Established access to merchant ecosystems and key decision-makers
Ability to originate and close deals through existing relationships
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
Experience in one or more:
Forex / Trading
iGaming / Betting
Crypto
Fintech / Marketplaces
